The house offers four comfortable bedrooms upstairs: three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm), and one bedroom for four people with two bunk beds. There is also a separate toilet, an elegant travertine bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a beautiful, fully equipped laundry area (washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, ironing board).
On the ground floor, a large, bright living room features a lounge with a wood-burning stove and video projector, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large dining table. This space opens onto a terrace with breathtaking views of the Eyrieux valley. A second area with a bathroom and separate toilet completes this level.
The gîte also has fibre internet connection and Wi-Fi coverage for remote workers.

Located just 5 minutes from the shops of Saint-Sauveur-de-Montagut, and close to the river and the La Dolce Via cycle path. Enjoy swimming, paddleboarding, bike rides, the many views from the estate's terraces or the climbing site. A peaceful, natural setting, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends.

Accessibility: 40 minutes from the A7 motorway (exit 15), 1 hour by bus from Valence-Ville station, 1 hour 15 minutes from Valence-TGV station.

The terrain, typical of the Ardèche region, consists of faysses (dry stone terraces). This authentic and natural setting is part of the estate's charm, bearing witness to the valley's economic and agricultural development. Some sloping or stony areas may be slippery or unstable, especially after rain. We invite you to be vigilant during your walks and not to let children play alone on the walls or in steep areas. Flat, landscaped areas are available for safe outdoor games or meals.
