Paléodécouvertes - La Boissine

The site of La Boissine (sensitive natural area) - "Domaine Départemental de la Boissine", hosts new and original exhibitions that are free and open to the public.

You can also discover fossils and rocks from the Ardèche region, including specimens found out on the grounds of the site. These fabulous fossils, finely preserved with their soft parts intact, tell the story of the Ardèche during the Jurassic period.

Along the visit of the museum, you can enjoy a nice walk with family or friends on the nature trail. This footpath features informative panels all along the way. You will learn more about the current natural resources and fossils on the site.
