L'Escoussenas Bakery

We are a worker cooperative (SCOP) and produce part of our flour using a stone mill. The grains we purchase, as well as the vast majority of our flours and raw ingredients, are locally sourced.

A second workshop located in Saint-Julien-Labrousse produces our pastries, including brioches, biscuits and viennoiseries.

We do not welcome visitors at our premises. Our products are available at local markets, partner shops and through delivery services.
