The artisan cheese dairy is certified by ECOCERT and uses only organic and local milk to guarantee the highest quality and produce only delicious cheeses.

The Fromagerie du Val d’Ormèze was created as a continuation of the Ormèze Valley Farm, which has been practising organic farming since 1978.
