Les Essentielles

We produce and harvest aromatic and medicinal plants that are distilled to extract their essential oils and/or hydrosols (floral waters).
The distillations are made using two alembics (stainless steel and copper).

We also have a family olive grove in Nyons. The harvested olives are intended for olive oil (plain and flavoured with our essential oils!) and table olives.

We organize tours of the distillery where we will tell you about our job as farmer-distiller and we will explain the different stages from the plant to the bottle through distillation.
